organizing / clearing out / making space in your music room?

Has anyone got to the point of struggling for space / having to have a clearout in their music room / area ? (It’s the side of my bedroom for me literally)
I have custom built the furniture and also used ikea parts/units for some as well.

I’ve ended up with the boxes for music/computer hardware, off-cuts (wood etc) of custom builds. a shelving unit i’ve not used since as I replaced for ikea kallax/expedit to fit vinyl.

I want to get my room back in order.

anyone got any useful tips?

I got a lot of satisfaction just in sorting out my bloody cables! Lots of Velcro and zip ties, and attaching extension cords out of sight!

That’s one thing on my to-do list, along with getting things working together with each other in a way I can use.
(mappings with various midi controllers via my iConnectMIDI4+ etc)
