[OT] My Brother…the power of YOUTUBE :slight_smile:

an old video of my Brother :wink:
but from posting this video on youtube, he was invited to the World breaking championships and in his first ever competition he came 5th in his weight division
(heavy) and was up against guys that have Guinness world records.
and some of his students even came 1st in there weight class :slight_smile:
and one of his female students came 3rd in hers and got the all Ireland female sports person of the year
and she can also break bricks with her head and shes only a wee size 8 :slight_smile:

and now he has students fly from around the world to train with him…

just goes to show what a simple youtube vid can do… :slight_smile:

the martial art is KUNG FU, style, Ming Chuan…

basically you got to do a rigorous conditioning regime to be able to do such breaks. and alot of hard training :wink:

there all standard building site blocks, mostly LONDON brick and Irish standard, which are alot stronger than US standard blocks
(which is what is used in the world championships)

also, NO SPACERS, which makes it even harder to break… :slight_smile:

I’ve seen a lot of arm/leg/palm breaks, but straight fingers! that is scary as fuck. he makes it looks completely effortless, too.

also, did ya notice he breaks with left and right hands/fingers and legs ?
and some thumb breaks in there too

Ming Ch’uan is a crazy wu shu form, from what I can judge.

Some ‘Snake’ like strikes that really seem to have huge impact. WOW!
