[OT] Online Games

Not sure how many of you are gamers here, but if you have a crazy pc or something with a decent dedicated video card, but I’m beta testing RIFT (an MMORPG) today. But I have been given 20 keys to give out to friends.

If anyone would like to try this game out, just post here and I’ll give you guys a key :smiley:

Haha. true story. I have a $3000 gaming PC, that I used for everything, and ever since I bought my mac’s, that’s all I use them for, and to be honest, it doesn’t justify the money I spent on it when I bought it.

already in the beta, but probably wont get a chance to test tommorow… been playing mmg’s since UO but time is limited with a family and music :slight_smile:

Lol. I deleted WoW after the expansion came out. I do realize that this is going to be the same thing, but I just had to get away from the total idiots that played that game. Just because you play WoW, doesn’t mean you know anything about computers =/ lol. I remember one night, someone was having issues with their video drivers and someone told them to run the repair utility. Lol. Crazy days.

got so sick of wow, gave that up a while ago. this game smells exactly the same, but giving it a shot for a friend during beta.

Yeah I got into this Beta as well, I’ll be giving it a test. I haven’t been gaming at all for awhile now, but this game looks really promising.

The Old Republic is the other one on the “watch” list, but RIFT has the whole fantasy world thing going for it.

I’m in the beta as well. I’m at work, but I managed to create a char on Tearfall this morning before the servers went back down. LOL!

A friend and I will be on tonight checking it out.
