i start with a chinmey of hardwood charcoal and dump it onto a log of oak…toss on some cherry chips a couple of times…i love the sharp spicy taste of oak…

I’ve got a BBQ smoked beans recipe that would go great with that. Maybe we should consider a West Coast DJTT BBQ Throwdown & Spin fest. :slight_smile:
