i thought the ministry of sound workout was jeans, 2 shirts, a heavy winter coat, sit inside a building thats 90 degrees, take ecstacy, sit in corner and sweat while talking to the air and drinking 22 bottles of water?

OT: I actually earn a living making those mix CDs (yeah, I’m the man who gets asked to speed up 10BPM your favourite cheese burger and make it sound half decent while you are discovering new frontiers in the loudness war) and being a sound tech in trainers updates. Watching 16hs of hot chicks in tights in a weekend can drive a man insane.
