Paypal is charged twice the money for VCI-100 Overlay

Order #5129 from DJtechtools.com

I received djtechtools shipment confirmation and paypal authorization email.

But 2 days later I received the same charge ($38.57) from my bank with absolutely identical payments string “PAYPAL * DJTECHTOOLS; 10.11.09”.
There’s no any additional transaction record in my paypal account.

Think this is not a hack or trojan (I use clean system).
Can anybody give advice on it?

Be aware.

P.S. I’ve sent an emails to djtechtools and paypal, but haven’t received answers.

if you have setup paypal to be used with a card then surely its just showing you the transaction from paypal (ie you use your card to get paypal credit)

so if your bank statement showed 2 x charges from djtt then thats a problem

Well, paypal send me an email that it was found that this particular transaction(s)
was a duplicate payment(s).

I still know that there is no second payment from me.

Will djtechtools refunds that money?
