because limited offers create a sense of urgency in the buyer, pushing them over the edge towards buying the item. With this method they will probably sell more than just dropping the price permanently. Psychologists study our weaknesses for the benifit of making products irresistible to consumers. it’s the foundation for modern western society to operate.
After all that.. I still wouldn’t buy it as pioneers controllers are terrible in comparison to other controllers on the market.
Is it just me or this looks totally fake? I mean “For queries regarding your claims, email pioneerenquiry@sales-promotions.com”? That email is not only spelled wrong but looks totally strange to me as well.
The cashback thing is quite useful for the stores as well since they don’t have to cut their margins and lay out money, just an easier way to give a better price to the costumer.
every control feels stiff to use, the plastic is not high quality like their cdj’s. Personally not a fan of the cdj400 style pressure sensitive jogs. It’s subjective but in the case of the ergo I think it looks ugly and all the pretty lights do nothing but make it look like an uber noob controller. If anyone buys it it’s only because of the brand not the performance of the unit, which is what pioneer is counting on.
Your better off with a reloop terminal 2 or digital jockey 3 in the same feature and price bracket. The S2 is even a better option and I don’t really hold that in high regard. If you use traktor it’s the only way you can scratch as native don’t allow many other controllers to do it.
Well, I have no dog in this fight, but my very humble opinion is that whoever put that ad together at Pioneer should consider reading up on phishing and try designing future advertisements with fewer phishing indicators.
