Pioneer Wego3 : newbie needs help with functions

Hi,

I just bought my first controller, the DDJ Wego3.

I use it with my Mac and the new DJay Pro software.

I am trying to know what functions you can operate with the different buttons and sliders as well as the shift button as the manual is vague on that topic.

For exemple: how do you control 4 decks with only 2 physical decks on the controller? How can you record samples?

I would like to map certain actions on my controller like being able to switch from time left to time elapsed on a track.

Checked the MIDI learn feature but I see things like CC1, Note F#3 etc. It doesn’t mean anything to me.

With the WeGo 3 you cannot use 4 decks…thats why there are no deck C and D. Also if you want samples check out loopmasters.com and also just search DJ Samples on google. Shift doesn’t do much besides delete your hot cues and things. And as far as your other questions go i don’t understand them…Hope that helps!
