please help me choose headphones…

before anybody tries to call me out, I’ve done hours of research on several forums and I’m still not quite sure…

I was considering:

audio technica Pro700 MK2
V-MODA Crossfade M-100
Audio-Technica ATH-M50
Denon AHD2000

I’m totally open to other suggestions if you have any.

I’d like something fairly flat, but something that can rep sub bass. having some sub bass in there is very important. if i could combine some decent sub with flat mids and tops i’d be in business!!!

I’d like to stay under $300.

i so completely appreciate any suggestions and shared experiences. thanks!!!

Sennheiser HD 25s are always are great choice.
While I can’t speak on the M-100s, I do have V-Moda Crossfade LP2s and they are fantastic.

Died hard sennheiser HD-25 fan here, after using these I feel really out of my zone if I’m not using a pair of cans with a swivel arm. The only ones I’ve used that compare to it are the Beats Mixr, which despite being a big ball of marketing crud, are actually pretty decent headphones.

I’ve actually got a friend who has a pair of those TMA-1. I will check them out for sure.
