Please help Stream windows

I do exatly what write in this article Streamline Your Laptop (Windows) - DJ TechTools, and when i restart windows (in both profile), then automatic open traktor, and nothing else. I don’t see Start menu i can just go to task manager. Help me please. I need your help now.

Is there a start menu shortcut key on your keyboard? Not sure how that process affects those shortcut keys.

I now came to windows but i must in task managment go to new task and manual run explorer (only that way windows run). I don’t know where in registry must modify or what else do, to auto run explorer.
