Please help with itunes

I have just purchased Traktor S2 MK2, and guess what it wont read Itunes… I know there have been many threads on this… but is there a way that I can get this to work. I have installed and uninstalled both sets of programs, but no luck. I thought this would work on PRO 2??
Sorry to drop this in the mix again, just need some help.

Gota put your songs into mp3 form. iTunes for some reason puts it into mp4 maybe for file storage but idk for sure. Good luck hope that helped.
