Please help.
I’m using a VCI-300 w/ Serato ITCH.
All of a sudden my virtual decks are not showing up in ITCH. My controller lights up when I plug it in to USB, so it’s not the controller or the cable or USB port. My computer recognizes the device in the control pannel. I must have done something inside ITCH.
I also loaded ITCH onto another comp an my controlled showed up fine.
I need to restor my original program settings but I can’t seem to a way to do that. I’d appreciate any help/suggestions so I can get back on my feet and use my new VFX-1 effects controller.
