Possible to increase deck torque in Traktor?
I just started using Traktor Pro 2 with a VCI-100mk2. If I touch the jog wheel to stop a deck and then let it go it doesn’t spin up to speed as quickly as I would like. It sounds like a slower torque turntable coming up to speed.
Is there a way to increase the deck torque?
Thats the Firmware 1.1…ramp up bug innit?
Upgrade the firmware and you should be good!
The touch senitivity dials at the back work well for that type of thing to!
But he’s on the mkII. I don’t think the upgrade kit works for the mkII.
If no one has an answer I’ll take a look when I get home. I think there’s a preference or setting for this.

i’m on the mk2 and if there is new firmware for it, i would love to know the link! I figure its a TP2 preference, its def feels and sounds like a software thing, ie. the jog wheel responds quickly and correctly to me removing my finger, but the waveform does the “slowly coming up to speed” vinyl sound as opposed to a quick pow. I hope its a traktor pref.
