problem creating login for mappings site

so i tried to create a login for the mappings site to DL the ableton template for the 3D:

first i tried creating it based on my forum account, but i was told my credentials were not valid.

then i tried creating a new account, it said it would send a confirmation link to my email but didnt, and when i tried to have it resent , it is saying its sent, but im not getting it.

Did you check your spam/junk folders for the confirmation email?

checked for spam.

logging to forum is okay. so is changing the password.
