Problem with my VCI SE. somebody help.

I have the vci-100 SE with the latest overlays that were released and im experiencing some difficulties. When i am in a mix and i hit the FX bank 2. the D effects do not work. When i press it. it engaged the drop cueing where the lights on the bottom become blue. And when i try to use effects scroll D on FX bank 1. it turns on the headphone cueing for my left headphones. Can someone please tell me how to fix this.?

Heya, it sounds like you do not have the 1.3 firmware installed on your unit - did you buy this VCI-100 unit from DJTT ?
