Problem with Traktor PRO S4

Hi all! Sorry, my english is not very good but I will try to tell you about my problem with Traktor PRO S4.

When i play track on deck (not important a, b, c or d) and recording sample by Loop Recorder unit all OK, but when i try drag&drop this loop to Sample Deck - traktor pro s4 turnOFF - kernel panic!(((

Do you get an error message that says kernal panic? If not do you get any other error message? The first thing I would probably do would be to reinstall Traktor.

i am reinstall the traktor, but this shit repeated again

what are the specs on you mac? plus can you show us a screen shot of how you have you settings for the decks and loop record?

Kernal Panic is the most rare an serious of all Mac crashes.
Ive never actually seen one or even known of one.

Like i said at NI you should file with Support mate.

What version of traktor are you running? 1.2.7 is the most recent.

i use 1.0.1 its the lastversion of traktor pro s4!

Guess I should wake up and pay attention, sorry. :open_mouth: Is your hard drive full? Macs don’t like it when you get down to just a few gigs left. I’ve never heard of it causing a kernel panic, but I guess it’s possible. The next two steps I guess would be to install the OS from scratch or contact NI support.
