problems w/traktor update 3.4 w/VCI-100

i’m using a Macbook Pro w/OS 10.5.6, firewire 410 w/1.8.4, and a VCI-100.

when i installed the update the VCI-100 totally stopped working… i’ve restarted the program and laptop. still doesn’t work. i’ve also reloaded the .tks file, still doesn’t work. the program still works and i get sound. it’s just the midi controller…

anyone else had this problem?

Do you mean the Traktor update or a firmware update?

the traktor update. i know this isn’t a NI support forum, but you guys seem like pros and i’m pretty sure we’re all using the same equipment/software. i watched a couple of your youtube vids. SICK!!!

when i post on the traktor forums i never get a response.
