Problems withe eks otus

Hi there,

im from germany, i got an eks otus and i think its a littlebit strange withe the mapping. The otus acts, like he had a big latency, e.g i cant really scratch with the otus. Does any can help me?

My system:
MB Pro
TP 1.2.6

it’s not relly for scratching but i’m having alright results. i’ll try my best to help althugh i use a pc.

1st - what is your latency set at?

I have mine at 10ms with 48000hz

do u mean the latency at traktor or the otus program, cuz osx dont got a latency optin for the otus. My traktor latency is 11.

Yes in traktor.

On the controller manager in preferences in traktor on the mapping the scratch is also set to 5% rotary sensitivity sample rate, this is just above rotary acceleration which is set to 0%. You can have a play with these to fine adjust to your liking.

i figured out the problem, it depends on the otus prefernce tool setting.
No its almost like a vinyl :smiley:

If anybody needs somehelp with that or the mapping of the otus prefernce tool, just ask.
