Props to Str8upDrew

From this thread.

As many Windows TP2 users here will recall, Str8upDrew made a handy little utility app that allowed us to use our controllers to their full potential. It also saved my ass at my last gig Stateside when I had brand new SC2000 controllers but couldn’t really use with LED feedback.

So for his efforts I say cheers!

Also, cheers to the DJTT community at large for sharing knowledge, being funny, funky and downright stupid sometimes.

we <3 drew!

its still usable for members who are still use TP1

drew ftw

Drew for president!

+1

His app SAVED me as well, DN-SC2000’s here too .

He was also incredibly wise, as it was MONTHS before TSP2 he had an inkling it might just get fixed with the upgraded software.

And you can count me as extremely happy it has!

But I cannot express in words how AWESOME Drew is for creating this absolute mind-fuck of an app.

I still cant get my mind around the fact that adding a second loop to the midi cycle somehow REDUCED the amount of LED interference…

But I don’t have to understand, it just works!

Hence we shall refer to Str8upDrew as Str8upAwesomeDrew!!

does this app deal with the feedback that led controllers cause? I am still confused on what it is for but everybody says good things

Yep, that is exactly what it does, for Traktor 1.

Traktor 2 doesn’t have the issue, so for most people, as of a couple days ago, its solved…

But anyone still using Traktor 1 can benefit GREATLY from this AWESOME app.

where IS he anyway?

Did you say awesome?

I love Barney, man has talent!

Thanks everybody.
Sorry i haven’t been around lately. I’ve been insanely busy at the day job. But, this post reminded me that i need to make time for my brothers here at djtt.
And thank you Chris for sending me a link to this thread.

If only there was a place to download it… :disappointed:. Indeed though big ups to Str8upDrew, this will be a big help when I finally track it down.

Download Link For Fix?

Hey man, do you still have the fix available for download? I have been searching the net regarding this issue and your name keeps popping up but all the links in the past have stopped working. Would you mind posting it again?

Thanks:slight_smile:
