Public Liability Insurance (UK only)
Hey guys, I’m looking into PLI and was wondering what sort of premiums other DJ’s pay?
Is there any companies more trusted/recognised than any others?
The cheapest I have found is £29.99 for £10million cover. But the cheapest isn’t always the best, as we well know.
Any advice gratefully received 
Dude why are you buying PLI..? Are you doing some mobile or hire gigs. You dont need it if your not out for hire. EVen then you can buy it for one off gigs.
You can get it quite cheap if you buy it with DJ Insurance.
My stuff is covered by an Endsleigh Specialist DJ policy. I didnt take PLI but i seem to remember it was cheap.
Yeah I’m going mobile, weddings, birthdays the usual suspects. Time to try and claw some money back from my obsession 
So yeah I hadn’t actually thought about insurance for my kit. I’ll check out Endsleigh. So they can do a joint policy with PLI and equipment cover-sounds ideal.
