Question: ipad, traktor dj and external storage with wifi device.

Thinking about buying an ipad, but the pricing for extra storage between 16, 64 and 128gb is huge. So is anyone using this solution http://www.amazon.com/HooToo®-TripMate-Versatile-6000mAh-Wireless/dp/B00IMYMG12/ref=pd_ybh_8

And does it work with traktor dj when i pull up my tracks through this wireless device. It seems like a nice solution. And just go with a 16gb Ipad.

So no one has an answer, can’t even find with google a decent answer.???

I don’t think this will work, I’m sure I looked into something like this before, and it won’t pull songs off of an external drive of any sorts, only what is physically stored on the iPad.

Yeah i read something in an old thread, think from NI where Karlos set something like that, where it had to do with itunes, But itunes can read from wifi drives. So maybe something changed because it was a pretty old thread. And i would be interested to know if Traktor DJ could be tricked.

Maybe, that was the conclusion I came to before, that iTunes on the iPad couldn’t read from external drives, but that might have changed now. I think when I was researching this it was on iOS 6!
