Questions about the s4

Since customer support for djtt store was closed till April fifth i was hoping maybe some forum members or mods could help me out?? :confused:

I have a few questions about the used kontrol s4 you guys are selling.

  1. Does it come with the traktor software, or did the previous user already register the serial therefor making the serial void?

  2. Say I order a traktor s4 bag along with an s4, since the bag is on pre-order would the s4 its self have to be delayed and both would be packed into the same delivery parcel? or would they be shipped at different times?

The staff doesn’t get on here a whole lot ad the most of the mods are just volunteers so those questions are best left to orders@djtechtools.com I’m pretty sure they’ll hold everything to ship at once, but would probably work with you on something if you needed.
