R.I.P. Fat Beats (the stores anyway)

Been to the NY store quite a few times. They really were the place for all things back-packerish to gangsta in the world of hip-hop. Hate to see them go. Actually, now that I recall, they were real pricks to me when I went in there. Kinda treated me like I was an idiot just like everyone else seems to do when I’m in NY. Well, but then again, sometimes I am an idiot. Bye bye Fat Beats, will miss ya. Keep your head up, your digital head that is.

Urgh… A shame to see stores like these dissapear over time. :disappointed:

I blame Serato!

Serato Killed Vinyl…iTunes Killed CDs…and im going to stop now.

Dooo Do Do do dooooo do do do,… Toms Diner. First song to be converted in to .Mp3, or so I’m told. Every time I hear that song it makes me think of the death to records.
