You’ve missed my point completely, DJ’s can still perform rather than using a single channel on a mixer and a trigger finger for dropping the occasional clip in Ableton, thats what I was going for.
Next time, make your point explicit, 'cos I missed it too…
But yeah, live bands playing dance music is good.

Yeah i’ve heard of most of those bands you’ve put, what I found cool about this band is the basist, the hot hand hes using for modulation is fantastic!

First you use this Midi controller pedal to set up what you’ll be doing initially http://www.sourceaudio.net/products/hothand/midi_exp.php
Then to control the modulation you use the wireless finger adapter http://www.sourceaudio.net/products/hothand/wireless_adapter.php
Its more or less a D-beam for a guitar/bass you could say, well to an extent!
