Rebuilding a Midikeyboard into a Midifighter-clone
Dear DJTT-users, Thank you for all the knowledge and inspiration you have provided me with, I am forever thankful!
I’ve been meaning to obtain a launchpad or a midi-fighter for some time now but never really had the extra cash to spend on more toys. Yesterday i decided do see what makes my M-audio Keyrig 49 tick, so I Pulled it apart and found this little bugger!
The black 26-pin connector was the one that connected to the board with the keys. The White connectors were hooked up to the pitch-mod, modwheel and volume fader.
Is this possible to acomplish in a relatively easy manner?
How would I go about hooking up a bunch of arcade buttons to this little badboy (if possible)? I assume I need some kind of I/O expansion with a 26-pin output?
