Recommend some dark/minimal techno artists

I have been focusing on drum n bass the last couple years. I do enjoy listening to some of the dark minimal techno mixes I here.

Looking for some artists to check out to grow a mixing collection. I like darker tribal stuff, as well as more industrial, machine type stuff.
