Reloop DJME problem

My reloop digital jockey 2 master edition just arrived, spent a while tryna set it all up, basically as far as i can work out the problem is the audio driver. Ive installed traktor LE (even though i have traktor pro) installed audio drivers for it and still Im getting no response when i connect the controller to my mac.
no lights come on and its not being recognised anywhere on my mac.

just wondering if anyone has any solutions, could this be a audio driver fault? has anyone got a download link to the audio driver? can anyone help?

just read in the manual, connect mains adapter, which i cannot find in the box, it didnt come with a mains adapter and i thought it was usb powered anyway.

anyone know whether its usb powered or mains?
should it come with a mains adapter?
