at roughly 3:55 there is a sample of a girl saying “its like that”…which starts off inaudible but after time it becomes clearer and clearer and then you can hear it perfectly..Is this an effect that he is using or just part of the song? either way does anyone know the name of the song it is from?

sounds like a beatsliced/smashed sample to me. no clue about the song tho

might be a remix or he simply took the vocal
