Richie Hawtin, Loco Dice, +more to launch NA college campus tour with… Ean Golden

Also Carl Craig, Paco Osuna, Kevin Sauderson, and Seth Troxler.

Looking at the events it looks like there is also support from Ean golden through the whole thing, which is kind of interesting considering the contrasting styles and probably smart as I imagine many college kids would be pretty confused walking into a straight minimal techno set.

I think it is interesting and I hope successful and a good way to expose some younger people to stuff aside from dubstep/electro who many have probably never heard this type of electronic music.

I only recognize Eans name. Should I know the rest?

Nice lineups! Too bad Toronto is on a Thursday, and at that location. But for Richie it’s worth it.

Yes.

Richie and Loco, man that’d be sick. But you’re right, kind of a strange line-up to include Ean. Bet its gonna be amazing though

Honestly? Yes, you most certainly should lol. Unless you just spin hip hop I guess…

damn no visit to CA ???

I may drop into the Toronto event.

Wait, really?

So maybe Ean will spin some techno too

Hmmm… this needs to happen in Europe as well.

Kevin Saunderson was there in the beginning, from Detroit with Derrick May one of THE creators of Techno. Carl Craig is brilliant. Went to a couple of nights with him playing. Boys Own brought him over from US to do some parties for them in the early 90’s. Richie Hawtin has been around from early 90’s Djing and making Techno records.

Bought my tickets for the toronto show last night! For $15/each you cant go wrong. Really excited to finally see two of my favorites in the techno scene

I’m actually more excited about the seminars than the performance, as I’ve seen all these guys many times. except Ean, that will be cool to hear.

yes yes yes

italy isn´t too far from you

time warp timetable:

It’s tomorrow I gotta act fast but I don’t think I can make it. Too bad I’ve never heard of this event before

Hmmm, 746 miles to Illinois…

lol, USA is huge - I think the whole of the UK would fit in Texas..

UK Total population: 60,270,708 (2004 estimate) Population density per sq.km 250 people per sq km

US Total population: 293,027,570 (2004 estimate) (646 people per sq mi) 32 persons per sq km
(83 per sq mi)
