Richie Hawtin Maschine sound
Hi can anyone tell me the sound in maschine that richie Hawtin uses with the note repeat button , sounds like a clap uses it at 1.39 in the video .
It’s a plain DR909 clap.

I think it’s just the repeat feature of maschine.

Really? This is something you could have easily found yourself just by going through the Maschine.

The delay is the Lexicon PSP 42 Delay in Ableton. He routes all of his Traktor decks through Ableton.
I did go through maschine just missed it
Does he have the X1 mapped to control the functions of the delay in Abelton

Yes he has mapped it to both Traktor and Ableton. I’ve managed to map the same kind of setup, but with the DB4, you should route a Return channel in Ableton to the same output as Traktor. Too bad the DB4 doesn’t have a Send/Return - Aux channel.
what setup do u have , will have a look at routing a return channel , just new to abelton so no sure what i am doing yet.
