Right Deck Hanging

Hey All,
Sometimes after I use the jog wheel to set my track position. I take a 8 - 16 measure loop. Occasionally when I do this the track wont play. I have to tap the wheel again to get the track to play. Can you tell if this is a hardware or software issue?

this happened to mine for a while. re calibrate the right jog. see if that helps

I saw the sticky on the subject after I posted. I removed and replaced the jog wheel caps. Then recalibrated. All is well.
