Right jog wheel not working…

Hi, posted this on the native instruments forum but had no help at all so thought I would post here to see if I can get some help with my situation.

“Hi, I went to use my s4 mk2 today and the right jog wheel isn’t working. have tried recalibrating it but still doesn’t work, the cntrl light is going on when I move it. when I tried it earlier it was manipulating the bpm but not moving the waveform and when I pressed the platter it was stopping the waveform. Any ideas how to fix this or is it broke? only had it about 2 months and rarely used it.”

“Update: I plugged it into my ipad and tried using it with the traktor app but the right jog was still not working properly, could only stop the track by pressing the top of it. I think it is broken so how do I go about sending it to be repaired?”

Would appreciate it if anyone could help me.

Hi, thanks for that I need to send it back to be repaired so they sent me a ups label that needs to be printed but I don’t have a printer. Now they have said “Sorry for the inconvenience, but you could print the shipping label in a copy
ship, for example” I don’t have a clue what they mean by this. Do you have any idea?

They’ve advised to copy the form and save one copy for yourself. In the worst scenario your computer configuration could be causing this issue so if you would be needing to send it back again… Hopefully that’s not the case :slight_smile:

Have just received it back from Germany and they have sent me a brand new unit so think I might just sell it.
