Routing S4 to Ableton [Help]
Hey guys, I’ve been looking to get into adding live elements and was wondering if there’s a proper way of routing my S4 into audio channel(s) in Ableton?
I somewhat have it figured out but I’m having issues with routing Deck A and Deck B to two individual audio channels in Ableton.
Ex:
Deck A —> Ableton Audio Channel 1
Deck B —> Ableton Audio Channel 2
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Hey thanks for the vid. I’ve actually watched that tutorial but it doesn’t cover a controller (S4). The issue is that I can only use internal for my output settings since I’m using the S4 and not an external mixer or interface. The audio plays from Traktor into an audio channel on Ableton but I don’t see an option to split Deck A and Deck B. Both Decks play all on one audio channel. I’m looking to split Deck A into a separate channel and Deck B into another separate audio channel.
