Running a PC controller on Mac

OK so basically, i’ve gotten well into making my own little custom controller out of an old gamepad. And I’ve realized mid-project that the driver are only for PC. Surely, if the gamepad is sending signals to the USB port there must be someway to convert them to a more mac friendly signal?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You most likely just need an HID to MIDI app.

Uh, I don’t think that’s true. You may want to test to see if your controller works before committing.

I havent come across a gamepad yet that didn’t work on my Mac … mind you I only buy the cheapy ones for about a dollar :stuck_out_tongue:
