S2 issue! Help

I just realized during my gig last night, that the main volume nob on my traktor s2 was not syncing up with traktor pro 2. By this I mean, I had fully control over the main output volume by turning the main volume nob but for some reason in traktor it would register that I was turning the nob and just stayed in one position. I tried restoring the default s2 settings afterward but that didn’t fix it.

Let me know if you have any ideas

The knob doesn’t send a value, its a straight volume knob for the soundcard I think. I tried to map it, no go :disappointed:

The hardware volume and software volume are separate.

thanks for the reply, so im guessing there is no knob on the s2 that controls the software volume?
