**S2 LED meter always shows clipping**

I have an S2 MkI and it’s LED VU Meter always shows that I am clipping when I am in fact not. I think the culprit is the fact that Traktor’s headroom setting is at 6db, which if I weren’t using it, I would be clipping. So unfortunately, the S2’s meters does not take in to account the headroom and still shows clipping. I have gone in to the S2 settings and I have tried using both “PGM” and “Master” as for what should be displayed by the LEDs, both giving the same result. If I were to get rid of the headroom and turn down each channel 6db via the gain knob the problem is rectified, but I want to be able to keep my gains at 0db and have the LED’s show an true reflection of the signal. Any ideas? 🤔

The whole point of headroom is to lower your output level without affecting the meters. Otherwise, it’s just an attenuator, exactly the same as turning the Master Volume down.
