S2 Soundcard going out after an hour set?

S2 Soundcard going out after an hour set? Purchased through djtt, so what should I do? It’s been fine previously. Had it since release. It works normally (mix, cues, fades, etc.) for a bit, then just goes out.. around 45 min or so.

I’ve tried two different cables, rca and phono.. main & booth, all options.

Same thing over and over. Also tried with many different mappings, What are my options? I feel screwed..

when it goes “out” - it makes an “errr” sound and I have to restart it completely.

What should I be doing or can I do :confused::disappointed::eek:

Contact NI support.

And this really isn’t the right sub forum. S2 questions would get better response in the S4 forum.

Yea I had no idea where to post.. an S2 isn’t an S4..

True, but close enough. Maybe they will change the sub forum name to include the S2 soon.

Looks like that was done.

As for the OP, I have done 5+ hours on the S2 at a clip and have not had any soundcard cutoff.

Problem solved (faulty usb cord)
