s2 + x1 questions

hi guys, i 've been using a s2 for 5 months,now i decided to buy a x1,so now i can control decks c+d,but that’s it.

i was wondering if someone can tell me how to control the effects section as well or if there is another way how to use these 2 together ?

Unless I am not understanding your question… hit the FX button then use the top 4 knobs.

Doesn’t hitting fx1 or fx2 simply send the effect to either channel C or D, not actually give you controls over the effects from the X1.

Hmmm could be. Never used it without. Even though, the top knobs should control the… wait are you using them (c&d) as sample decks pedroc? I run 3 track and one sample deck. I mapped an axiom 25 to control the sample deck. I use the S2 to control A&B along with X1 for FX/Cue for them, and a CDJ to control deck C. Sorry if I just made things worse. I will shut up now.:expressionless:

hi, i use it to control deck c&d but yesterday i downloaded a mapping from traktor bible and now can control deck c&d +single effect control for each deck:slight_smile:
