S4 and Pioneer EFX1000
I don’t have an EFX unit at the moment but was wondering if it was possible to incorporate one into my S4 setup? Would a cheaper unit like the Alesis Nanoverb 2 also work?
You can only use them on the Master signal, not per channel. To achieve independant fx you would have to set a send/return bus(you need another soundcard with an extra I/O pair) and use it in external mode, but you will lose control of the colume faders in the S4 by doing so.
