S4 and TP2.5, Scratch Capable out of the box?

The 2.5 update is nice and all, but it gave me some questions. Is the S4 now going to be scratch capable out of the box, not needing to have the upgrade to TSP2?
No. You will still need to purchase the upgrade kit to have timecode support.
If I understood NI’s Q/A well, only if you upgrade from Traktor Scratch, in this case your TP2 will also include scratch support…
