S4 first time use - Any updates?

Hello all DJTT forum people! :slight_smile:

I am an upcoming user of the S4. My very first controller and first time using any DJ equipment.
I’ve read a lot of threads in here about updates for the S4 and traktor software, and from that, i’ve found out, that a lot of people is having trouble with lost playlists etc.. Therefore my question to you is; When i’m done installing the included traktor software, will there be any updates i should install before i start making playlists and stuff? Or will it update all by itself? Also, i don’t know if there’s any hardware updates i should be aware of.. :slight_smile:

once you install Traktor Pro run the Service Center program that installs with it to see if you need any updates.
