S4 - Is this the Answer To All!

Hi Guys,

I’ve sold my BCD3000.

Question Now: Is The S4 the answer to All needs.

I still have a novation Nocturn 25 which Until now have not been used.
Mapping is a nightmare with the software of Nocturn

What should I get as a One stop solution for:

1.) Mixing - (Just solid good easy mixing)
2.) Remixing loops to use as crossover beats sometimes
3.) GOOD Effects - Straight forward effects to spice up a song

Will the S4 be the answer to this all!

PS. I played around with the software but somehow my loops won’t beat match to my tracks???

Maybe AN answer to MOST.

Your tracks probably didnt have Beatgrids on them and probably didnt have 100% correct BPMs, both of which are needed for tight looping.

I wasnt aware that there is a Demo of S4 software :wink:

There is, the guys at Union make “demos” available for everyone. :roll_eyes:

Yeah I know what you think - Most of my software and music I buy comes from a source where I can use it or listen to it first.
Here In SA we aren’t as fortunate as in the UK, USA etc.
Value of money and income standards are not as good.

So If I spend money on the S4 setup I would like to have a play around with the software - there aren’t shops here were I can spend a day or 2 to play with it.

Anyway making back the bucks I spend on the S4 setup will be like playing 10 gigs for free. When I say gigs, it’s full evening weddings and parties.

So, sorry about that!

I know some people would disagree there. Right now, it depends on your PC I think.

No it doesn’t work fine on my PC Padi - it works BRILLIANTLY.
