found my laptop’s limits on midi out msgs. If I map 1 more to what you see & it overloadds the cpu and locks up. Just did this for giggles, and a little learning. (as I had never mapped an led b/f)
Sorry for the crappy video, but my cheap lil camera hates the dark.
holy shit man,…Sony Music blocked your video in 2.2 seconds. What bullshit. Still interested in seeing what you did, i want some flashing lights as well.
Edit: it blocked it in my part of the world right now. Shyte!!
Sorry must be the Alicia Keys song. Did it late last nite, and wasn’t thinking. Just used the song because of the range of dynamics in it made all the lights dance nicely. Had I been more awake, I would have used something much older, or obscure.
Right click save target, change file type to tsi.
Not sure I did this right. I exported the controller settings only, uploaded to my biz website. When I went to download it to test it, the file type it wanted to save it in was xml. So I assume you change to all file types and change the extension to tsi.
Let me know if this is working.
*I tried it out and it’s working. You do get all my controllers though S4 hid, S4lights, and Oxygen 49. So if you have anything customized, save your TSI so you can reload it after checking mine out.
I also would delete the S4 lights mapping after checking it out. Like I said b/f, one more output msg and the cpu spikes on my puter. So I wouldn’t want this running while playing as usual.
You can find the CC Notes by opening up the controller editor the “MIDI Out Notes” are the same as the “MIDI In Notes”
Now @Van Gogo, I was just curious to know what are the values you used for the different LED colors, I’m currently working on an LED/Effects Midi Mode mapping, which is turning out pretty sweet at the moment but it could do with a few tweaks!
