s4 - macbook - butt … help
Hi.
I hope someone can shed some light on this for me, and for me to understand as im not to tech minded.
I run an internet radio station and have never come across this issue before .
We use the BUTT program to broadcast to our shoutcast server.
I have a new dj trying to get on air with us and he has traktor pro 2 an s4 and a macbook.
The issue we are having is that BUTT is not picking up any audio unless it is via the built in mic , which is no good . we have tried disabling the mic and selecting every audio device that is listed on BUTT and have had no luck.
I am not a mac user and my normal fix for this would be to come from the s4 to the mic input on the mac, however this macbook does not have one.
I understand that traktor itself can only broadcast icecast and not shoutcast
Does anyone have any ideas of a fix for this that a non techy person like myself could do ?
