S4 Software Resource hungry
Why is the s4 software so Cpu heavy ? Get heavy cpu use on a macbook to.
when traktor pro isnt ?? like 5 to 10 % on the cpu with tons of effx n 4 deck on the s4 built in sound card in midi mode is it the hid or is S4 soft darn bad programmed ??
Any one knows if the New traktor is based on the S4 code ore old TP cuz I can like drive 24 channels of vst and effx in Ableton live but cant play 4 mp3 on s4 with key lock with out maxing out the proc,
Wierd, 
its unfortunately the sound card drivers thats the problem, with some tweeks it can be sorted, but hopefully its ironed out fully with the release of traktor 2
Problem solved …
It was the battery. !!! Got a new one and now i got like 25% Load with 4 decks on key lock and Effx Yeeeeeaaaaa..
Also, the Traktor S4 CPU meter is now showing a more realistic measure of CPU load than what Traktor Pro did.
It shows what the software and hardware are doing to the CPU and not just the software.
