Sample trainspotters… (long shot)

OK…this shit drives me nuts because I’ve heard this sample for years and its a classic but searching for it has turned up no hits…close and similar but no hits.

I got the bug to create an intro and want this sound…for tomorrow night naturally :rage:

Any trainspotters for samples out there that can help?

also sound like Pump Up The Volume by MARRS but i doubt it is.
