Sennheiser HD 25-1
Just got them and they are a great pair of headphones. Noticed that the cup turns so its not on your ear…do both cups turn up/ down or is it just one side?

Yes… the other side is fixed.
That’s so you can have them on one ear and still wear them like normal.
With all due respect, you do have eyes, right? One is solid, the other has a hinge. How could you miss that?

Just got them myself 2 days ago and wondered the same thing. They look identical.
Hmm, my bad then. It’s been some years since I had the HD25-1, but I do recall there’s a slight difference.
Looking at mine both sides do look identical where it swivels so I guess I could see where it could be confused, but ya only one side does. Still fantastic headphones!
I was confused until this thread too…
I have mine for 4 months and I had always wondered why the left side don’t rotate if it’s almost identical

well on another note i noticed these customizations: (does anyone know where to find cables like these? i really like how they look even if i do keep the headphones all black)
talk to JFunk on DJForums. He makes custom headphones. You can probably just get regular headphones cables and shrink wrap them in a different color.
