Serato Pitch ’n Time DJ on the DDJ-SX2

Hello,
I see that the Pioneer DDJ-SX2 comes with the Pitch ’n Time DJ plugin license but the controller does not have any dedicated buttons to control the Key Up, Key Down, Key Sync or Key Reset functions. Does anyone know if these functions can be mapped to the controller via MIDI?
Thank you,

Hello,

These are hidden in the pad layers. I don’t recall which ones exactly, but you can reference the manual.

Thanks for your reply. I have checked the manual but it does not mention anything about the Pitch ’n Time DJ plugin or the Key Shift / Sync functions.

Also, apparently the Performance Pads cannot be mapped, according to the Limitations shown in:

Looks liek you are correct. They literally just included PNT for the keylock/sync feature. I just spoke to my buddy whose laptop I played on with the SX2 and he was using his own mapping at the time. He unfortunately no longer has his SX2 or the mapping.

Would you know if your friend was able to map these Key Up, Key Down, Key Sync and Key Reset functions when he had his SX2 setup?
Thanks,

Yessuh. He made most of the mapping by modifying the mapping file in notepad++, but he had pitch play, key shift, key lock, and key reset via the cue loop and saved loop pages.
