Setup Idea, need opionions

i think i have gotten RGAS in its early stages…so i wanted to check in with you guys for this setup i have though about…

Planing on putting down some $, and this is the setup i would like to have…

A DDM 4000 mixer

w/ 2 Reloop Contour Controller Edition Professional modular DJ controllers…

could i use the DDM as an externam mixer? …or would i have to use the midi layer (would rather just use it as it is)

and what do you guys think about this setup w/traktor

Personally i think the x1 or k2 would be a better fit than the reloop’s

You’ll need an soundcard to if you want to mix externally.

As hermes said, you’ll need a USB sound card to use an external mixer. If you want to use contours, get one controller edition and one interface edition, which has a built in sound card.
