Smallest Mixer!
Hello DJTT,
I have a DJM 800 but was looking for a small 4+ channel mixer (also very cheap) something with an XLR or 1/4’ out to plug in my speakers without adapters
any ideas ![]()

Well dependent on cost, there are a few options. What about a Behringer DDM4000? It might have a bit more going on than you might need (having a DJM-800) but it does come in at a much lower pricepoint.
well i dont need a replacement for the djm 800
i just need a small cheap mixer that i dont care if it gets messed up…like at a house party just something to not be worried about
Well for $355.96 (Price on Amazon.com atm, not sure what it is elsewhere) it probably isn’t a terrible idea. Most 4 channel mixers start getting really expensive, really quickly.
yea i was looking at these two:

http://www.behringer.com/EN/images/lightboxphotos/1002B_P0A04_Top_XL.jpg
Out of those two I think I like the Numark better, but not sure about quality.
better than the behringer for sure. i’d go with numark as a cheap solution that doesn’t sound like paper ![]()
The numark seems nice, and it’s USB…
Check it if it’s mid mapable
Vestax VMC004, Can’t go wrong with that, nice sounding EQ for 500$
aint vestax brought out a reallly tiny mixer?
djtech make small mixers all so
the vestax can be a good choice but I’m looking at mixers max= $200 and anything below
The Numark page says it can’t control software.
What the USB stands for then? Power suply? lol
it’s strange
no idea but any other suggestions on a small mixer?
I believe it’s a USB audio input to play music from those thumb drive music players.
i would look at getting a used djm 500 or djm 600.
